Which model of prostate massager to milk / extract semen most effectively?
Answers to a previous question suggested that a (battery) prostate massager could be used to milk semen (and that use of the massager itself might (also) cause an erection anyway).
I am not bothered whether I get an erection from the sensation of the massager or not… I am only bothered about reliably getting some semen out, one way or another.
Can you suggest any model(s) of massager that are best for milking (with or without any arousal / erection)? Battery vibrator or non-battery. I am UK based.
(I am sperm banking as I may have to have some medical treatment where there is a risk of infertility, so my priority is successful milking as effectively as possible, without necessarily having to have an erection – I’m assuming the sperm banking might be one of those pressurised situations, which doesn’t help)

If you go to a sperm bank you will have to masturbate and ejaculate into a cup in order to get a sufficient amount of healthy sperm. Contrary to what has been said on this site the sperm is stored in the epididymis, a narrow, tightly-coiled tube connecting the efferent ducts from the rear of each testicle to its vas deferens. During ejaculation the smooth muscle in the walls of the ductus deferens or vas deferens contracts reflexively, thus propelling the sperm forward into the ejaculatory duct and to the prostate and picks up fluid from the seminal vesicle where it enters the prostate. Milking the prostate without ejaculation won’t give you much if any sperm, just prostate fluid.
