Believe it or not, but high-heeled shoes have been proven to improve your sex life!
In 2008, a urologist at Italy (who happened to love herself high heels) conducted research on how wearing high heels body posture affected.
This is not a new concept. Renowned shoe designer Manolo Blahnik once said: "You put high heels and change." Seems to have had reason.
In their study of 66 women who were all younger than 60 years, Dr. Maria Cerruto found that women wearing high heels high (with a heel of two inches) from the position it had been just as good as those women who wear flat shoes. More importantly, she showed that women they were wearing high heels was less electrical activity in the pelvis there! Less electrical activity means that the muscles were in the best position possible, and that can mean a better resistance to the muscles.
Any woman will tell you that greater pelvic muscles helps in the bedroom (which can lead to a more "intense" experience.) This could be why Marilyn Monroe was quoted as saying: "I do not know who invented the heel high, but all women owe him a lot. "
As women age, particularly after having children, muscles can weaken. Perhaps one of the best ways to keep your pelvic floor to the seat, according to Dr. Cerruto, is to use high heel sexy shoes!
