I have really flat feet. Today I got 5 inch heels for 6 hours and after my bow a few minutes felt much more … archy.
No. High heels are really very bad for flat feet. Probably he felt "archy" because they were so used to standing on their feet tipey for 6 hours. I have that feeling too. I have very flat feet and bunions (I have small feet in bad state) and wearing high heels makes my feet hurt a lot, even a day later.
