Jenny McCarthy says heeled shoes are "in" On The Ellen Show
In a recent episode of Ellen, Jenny McCarthy was one of the celebrity guests. When she came walking was made to use a pair of high heels 4 inches tall, who seemed very difficult for her to walk in. When he sat, the first thing Ellen asked why they wore shoes that were so difficult to enter and Jenny replied that these are the only shoes that can be found at this time because the high-heeled shoes is what is "on."
Although we all know that high heels can make a woman's legs and butt-flattering look, with heels definitely has its share of disadvantages. The first thing to realize about high-heeled shoes is that no matter what size they are using those shoes are too small for their feet! High heels are no cords to hold feet in order that these shoes to stay on your feet, you should wear shoes that are too small for you so that the aspiration of your foot in the shoe guide.
High heels can lead to foot and ankle problems. A the most obvious problems that many women are very familiar with is blistering. When you wear high heels that are more likely to develop blisters on their feet because the shoes are too small for you. This causes the shoes to rub on their usually bare skin creating blisters.
Another lesion often occurs by the use of high heels is ankle sprain. A lateral ankle sprain is the most common type of ankle sprain occurs when the outside of your foot rolls under you causing stretching and tearing of the ligaments in his ankle.
The last common accident that the high heels make most women is not is aware of bunions! Studies have demonstrated that women who wear high heels have a higher incidence of bunions. If you notice yourself starting to have a bunion then leave high heels use immediately. If you choose to ignore this problem, then just get worse and finally, the foot no longer be able to fit into the beautiful high-heeled shoes she likes so much.
While high heels are certainly fashionable at the moment they can hit some serious foot injury ankle. It is understandable that women may be forced to wear high heels on certain points during the week, but the key is to try to minimize the time when you are putting your feet in high heels.
