POLE dancing classes as an exercise?
pole dancing as an aerobic activity has been the new thing. I thought why not because I love to dance and always. I wonder if anyone knows any school in New York that offer classes, but I do not want an arm and leg for that foot?
I do not live nor ever have been New York, however, I recommend the google of course, Yellow / phone book, but also check with nearby adult shops and strip clubs also. You can also tell a pole fitness classes etc are in New York, you might pay a little more than some other cities, but it should have paid half that in South California (Los Angeles, San Diego). (Average of $ 100 for 5 classes at the time).
