Best cardio dance workout dvd preferaby sexy dance cardio?
I work out at the gym regularly but I’m looking for a cardio based dance workout like hot music video type dance or sexy dances even better, but nothing that requires a pole lol.. I’m just lookin to tone up n learn some regular dance/sexy moves that I can do in the privacy of my own home and have fun with .. Please lemme know some and even better if you’ve tried them and can give me the 411 on it first… much appreciated! Xo

I also started the stripper pole workout a couple months ago basically as a joke but its fun!!! I have removable pole it literally take 2 mins to put up and down! and I just hide in under my bed so dad dont see lol..
I know you said you didnt want to but I gotta tell you anyways lol I had such weak arms strong legs but my arms r so toned now!!.
