How do you make blends and wallpapers of your favourite celebrities?
Is there a program that you have to download? If there is plz list it and if u can put the source on it to that would be helpful. I really wanna make some! Plz!

you can use any photo program for that and save it as .jpg or .tif. I like to use Adobe Photoshop. you can dl a free 30 day trial one on their website. good luck!
