Cheap High Heel Pumps
Where can I get high heels (cheap)?
My friends and I need three pairs of all black high heels for Halloween next year (yes I know it’s early but we need to save up). Nothing much higher than four inches, and either boots or strappy heels are wanted (no pumps please). Does anyone know where I can get these?
If you have that long to look for them and they are only for Halloween, start checking out the rummage sales this spring and summer. You will probably be able to get some for 50 cents.
