What should I eat before a full day of intensive dance classes?
I'm going to a dance clinic and I will participate in intense dance classes all day. What foods should I eat in the morning (or overnight) in a healthy way to prepare for intense classes. I do not want to become dehydrated, dizzy, starvation or disease during the day! Thanks in advance! more useful response = ten points!
