What are some good exercises for dancers?
I am talking about ballet, hip-hop, jazz, and tap dancers. I have not taken dance class for 10 years and I would like to get back into shape for taking class again…
hehe well i am 29 years old and I took dance for 16 years and I’ve decided to do classes just for fun.
Yoga, platies, are what a lot of dancer’s do.
I, how ever do strength building in abs, weights for arms, lunges and squats, and platies.
