hey last week ive noticed a lump and / or swelling near my left testicle or veins attached to it. My thigh has tingling been a lot, so I'm getting nervous. You may have a hernia. I would not use a vibrator or massage or rub in any way. Apply a warm washcloth on the area or a warm bath. If ice feels good .. this is ok. Continue to take ibuprofen as directed on the bottle and good luck!
