What is the best in home dance / exercise pole?
I want to test the performance of dance fitness workout that I keep hearing is so great but I know that exercise pole dancing is the best of the three: X-pole and XPose not require screws or holes in the roof, but that blatant Lil. I also wondered if these are really tough, or if there are no easy or very tough.
