I want to wear a real micro-bikini this summer befor Im 40. How many LBs so I still need to lose?

.You determine how many lbs you need to lose…look in the mirror. I’ve never in my life had to ask someone else if I was fat or too fat for some clothing item. My eyes tell me that.
You can go to freedieting.com and check out their ideal weight calculator if you are not sure what your weight should be for your height and body frame size. Toning up never hurts either, if you are going to be exposing skin. I didn’t click on your link, but I see no need to.
