If ‘penis’ enlenghtening were to be made available it would likely have to grow the lenght of the organs tissues…natually…by altering the cells/tissues currently present…(cell length cannot naturally be increased after puberty ceases…biologically for normal adult males) or producing a multiplication effect…obviously scientifc medicine is not yet at that point…if ever in your lifetime…so do not look for that channel …it is not smart…why look to the future..for something not in your hands today…or there does not exist sureity for…you cannot be happy that way…
pumps do not work…permanently…and can be unsafe if overused…they only help to create a larger potential effect…so your psychology/thinking may expand when looking at a potentail larger effect…and accepting that your organ does possess the potential for permanent enlargement…not currently possible…

Extensions..sleeves..extender…like weights can theoretically produce..small increases in length over some timeso it has been reported…one well known japanese custom practises this procedure…in public as a show of masculinity…and as a yearly competition..it is calimed that small tears occur in the penile tisses that heal given the chance and can over ‘some’ limited time produce an increase of 1, 2 even 3 inches…
Such claims to me seem dubious… even 1 inch claims…but I will give the custom and other similar strategies the benefit of the doubt…
