Plateau Boots

Reached a plateau. Cannot seem to get over it.?
I've been doing since Feb2007 regualr exercise. I am a woman 5'5 and weighed 167 pounds then, I have come up to 147 pounds. I'm seeing this burden and Januray this year. After this isn't a drop. In fact, my weight fluctuates between 147-149 pounds. Here is my workout: 2 days of weight lifting. These days I do the whole body – chest, arms, shoulders and legs. I with nine exercises and two sets of each exercise. This is followed by cardio for 30 minutes. One day a week I attend a boot camp is 60 minutes, two other days I do cardio for 60 minutes. This makes my training schedule for the day 5. I can eat about 6-7 meals a day, beginning with breakfast, then fruit, yogurt, etc.. This plateau is frustrating that I did not end now. Can someone please guide me What I can make my body respond to the workout? Just to let you know, that tried to incorporate the change, the boot camp is something new I entered. Even this change is not working.
Vary your caloric intake. Eating more calories a day than the last. I hit a plateau some time ago, and I gave up and ate almost nothing of what I wanted. A week later I think and I had lost 2 pounds, so that your body just need a break from all exercise. Good luck!
