Learning to climax during intercourse

Dear Dr. Neder

I have a sexual problem. I like having sex, but never seem to reach orgasm. It's really upset because I can reach orgasm only through clitoral stimulation, but when I'm having sex with my boyfriend just does not happen. Could tell me what I can do?

======================

Hello!

First of all, this is not exactly the problem it seems. I'll explain that in a minute.

Do you know that 2 / 3 's of women are like you? They can not climax relations not just sex! This is not strange at all. In fact, her sexuality is not only much more complicated than that of men, but their sexual anatomy is more complicated.

While having an orgasm during sex is a great thing, should not be your specific goal. Instead, your goal should be to have a satisfying sex life in whatever form it takes. Say that while you do not know how to reach orgasm (yet) to have sex, but the man gives some glorious orgasms through oral or manual, whether before or after having sex with you, is that a bad thing? Of course not!

Sex is about connection and communication and with the relief of sexual tension. All things combined do more than just orgasm.

That's not to say however, that you can not climax during intercourse yet, but you may have to go about it in a manner somewhat different. His own masturbation is key.

I hope that they masturbate regularly and frequently. It is important for many reasons for improving your overall health so you can explore their sexuality in a safe and private. Equally important is a ton of fun!

HOW you masturbate is just as important, however. Some women use only their fingers, and some use vibrators, some use the bathtub faucet or shower massage, rub some pillows or blankets, etc. There are many ways for women to masturbate.

Now, say you have made that masturbation in sex. Obviously, you can masturbate to orgasm by itself, but what if you were to masturbate while your lover is inside you? For example, say you masturbate with your fingers or a vibrator. You can include this during sex! The best way is for you to position with your shoulders on the bed (or floor or wherever) with your ass in air. Her lover enters you from behind and you can either rub her clit or use your vibrator at the same time.

This may take a little practice, but trust me, you start to have orgasms during sex. More importantly, you'll actually be training your own mind that intercourse equals orgasm. Some women are able to learn to just cum through relationships with this technique.

This can even become a game where you and your partner go out and find the perfect toy to use. There are many different flies as vibrators dildos, the pocket rocket "(something I think all women should carry in your bag!) vibrating cock ring. You can explore all these fun toys as part of their sexual experience. This is [pun] damn-fun!

If you do or not is not really the point though. Having a successful, healthy and happy, exciting sex life IS. Do not obsess on when or how you cum – cum and just love it!

Best regards …
