Poledancing Class
What qualifications do I have to put in my fitness plan specifically to increase the flexibility of the legs (splits)?
I am quite form and 2 / 3 times per week and make a class poledancing. However, even during a time when it was uber-FFIT / bit obsessive with exercise, which was never able to to make full splits in both directions. It is very likely that I just never be able to do so, or was it because I never tried to find out which extends enhance this flexibility? Any thoughts / advice appreciated massively. TA!
Hello, I only searched on Google and there are plenty of websites dedicated to this. Ive attached then one that looks good. Also try youtube, but some of these techniques there are not so hot! Good luck.
