DW and I are talking about getting one. Has anyone ever used one of these? Are they quiet enough to be discrete in public? Are the ones that are external (vibrating panties) or internal (egg) more effective?

most have a cord on them so they are not as much fun for two people as they are for one. If you got the bucks and can find a cordless set then ohhh look out
