How do I get rid of my back pain during pregnancy?
I am in my 13th week of pregnancy and am already experiencing the worst back pain. Is there any exercises or massage my husband can take that will help? Should he use tiger balm or deep heat, and is a new vibrator massager dangerous for the baby, too?, How I can sleep to avoid this? I'm just only in my second trimester and I can not imagine this bad!
