You can buy massgers at nearly any drug store. The AC powered one with the little “egg” nub has attachments for about $15 (but toss the attachments and use the “egg” on tender spots.
Soft head massagers are quite good as well.
Spencers if you have one but Amazon if you can buy on-line is good. The best I think is the “Good Vibrations” website.
